Call outs are free for up to 3 hours per call, within normal working hours. Materials will be charged. In the event of the homeowner/occupier making a false declaration for cover under the Home Maintenance Service provision or failing to disclose any relevant information, may result in the cover being invalidated. We reserve the right to refuse any application for cover. Once approved a certificate of cover will be sent to you with your unique number, period of cover and our emergency telephone number. Contracts are for 12 months. The cover can be cancelled within the first month only.
