For as little as £300 a year we offer protection and peace of mind.

3hrs free labour for all maintenance works required.

It’s like having a handyman ready on call.

This includes plumbing, drainage, electrics, carpentry, masonry and minor painting touch ups.

The only thing you will need to pay is materials.

Additionally, we have a 24hr service for members at a special hourly rate and you don’t pay call out fees!

We will visit your property to check all your plumbing and electrics, in order to check conditions and provide effective advice on solutions if an emergency were to occur.

If we find any problems during this visit, we will put it right at a discounted fee.

You will also be given the benefit of a member discount when contracting any services from us outside of this contract.

Pensioners over 65 which will receive a 25% discount.

We are happy to offer free advice for any major work ideas or ongoing jobs you
may have queries about.
